About Micheline Lazaroo
Micheline first started working in conveyancing in 1982 as a junior secretary in a solicitors' office. She gained a lot of practical experience and eventually qualified as a paralegal and ran high volumes of conveyancing files for her instructing solicitors.
In 2000 Micheline completed an Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing. As she already had more than 18 years experience by this time she was able to immediately obtain an unrestricted Conveyancing Licence in July of that year. Apart from a 4 year hiatus from 2013 to 2017 when she took a sabbatical from the industry for family reasons, Micheline has continuously held an unrestricted Conveyancing Licence and has been a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers since 2001.
In 2001 Micheline founded Prompt Conveyancing Services (now Prompt Conveyancing NSW) in Rose Bay and then moved to Bondi Junction.
She has a wealth of knowledge and an in depth understanding of the stresses and pitfalls that can occur during a conveyancing transaction. She has established a reputation for excellence and for being able to explain complicated issues with simplicity and clarity.
"We have used Micheline for 2 properties in Sydney. She is absolutely amazing. Not only is she such a great technical expert, she really follows up on every detail and is just such a great coach and educator for us. We felt she looked ofter our best interests and I wholeheartedly recommend her for conveyancing in NSW. 5 stars for sure.
